All sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our drops and small-batch production, Hallow Views does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, size charts, and measurements carefully before purchasing. 


Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit due to carrier error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review each case individually and do our best to provide a fair solution, which may include a replacement or store credit when applicable.


Address Errors

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

Hallow Views is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.
